- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not sure if it was this office or Sate Farm, but NEVER received any written information about renewing a policy. This office did call, however always during business hours when we were working with customers. Did not leave a phone number for me to all them back. They knew I had concerns and NO ONE got in a car and drove out and looked me in the eye and tried to make this right. No one every had a conversation with me. We did exchange a few emails. I have concerns about both State Farms and this office interest in customer satisfaction.By Coburg Mall, July 07, 2017
